As the provider of staffing services, Kelly will be the employer of Assigned Employees, and will be responsible for the staffing services listed as follows: recruit, interview, select, and hire Assigned Employees; place Assigned Employees according to SDCC requirements; pay Assigned Employees their wages and provide them the benefits that Kelly offers to them as Kelly Employees;  pay insurance premiums (e.g., Medicare)with withhold payroll taxes (e.g., FICA) and fulfill its obligations for unemployment compensation; provide worker’s compensation benefits; and maintain Assigned Employees’ personnel and payroll records related to their employment by Kelly.
